As an HR Legal Specialist you’ll be joining our People department and help establishing scalable structures and processes that creates a real impact on the business. Recently we have established four new entities and going forward you will be responsible for research related to the establishment of future entities. You will become the go to person with everything related to employee benefits, employment contracts and labor law in our global organisation.
We don’t expect you to be an expert in the field, but we are looking for someone who want to learn and grow in the role – and eventually become one. You will be collaborating closely with the rest of the People team, our Legal department as well as Finance.
You will be given a lot of responsibility from day one and become part of a culture were failing fast is encouraged in order to keep improving and creating impactful results. The goal is to ensure the People department’s processes will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole and reflect the values and DNA of Leapwork.
